It does not invent, and it flags what needs your judgment.
Documentation aid, not a clinical authority. The HPI is generated only from the notes you provide and must be reviewed, corrected, and signed by you. It never adds symptoms, denials, history, or findings you did not document. No patient data is retained on our servers: notes are processed transiently, and any recording is uploaded only for transcription and deleted afterward. A working draft is saved on your own device so a crash or accidental close can be recovered, and it is cleared when you finish the patient.
