The Vault

Your complete practice profile. Enter your information once; every tool across Think Beyond Practice reads from here.

Your data is stored securely and used only to pre-fill your tools. No information is shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
⚠️
Important: Back up your Vault to secure cloud storage

Until recently, Vault data was only saved on the device where you originally entered it due to a backend issue. That issue is now fixed, but your data still needs a one-time push to cloud storage to sync across devices.

If your Vault information is showing below:

Scroll down, review your information, and click Save All at the bottom of any tab. You only need to do this once.

If your Vault is empty or missing information:

Your data is likely still saved on a different device. Do not start re-entering data here yet. Instead:

  1. Go back to the device where you originally filled out your Vault
  2. Open the Vault on that device and click Save All
  3. Return to this device and reload the page
  4. Your data should now appear here

If you cannot access the original device, contact support before entering new data so we can help recover or merge your information.

Note Templates — HPI, ROS, MSE, Plan & Telehealth

Everything that shapes your note in the AI Scribe: your HPI structure and voice, plus your Review of Systems, Mental Status Exam, Plan language, and telehealth attestation. These shape how your notes are organized and what standard sections attach; they never supply clinical content. Leave any blank to use a sensible default (or nothing).

How you want a new-patient evaluation HPI structured: sections or flowing narrative, order, level of detail, how to handle patient quotes, where risk goes.
How you want a follow-up (interval) HPI structured.
Tip: the HPI Generator can build these for you from one of your existing notes, then save them here.
Reusable snippets you drop into a note in one tap from the working note's Smart phrases menu — a normal MSE, SSRI counseling, a stimulant-continuation line, whatever you retype constantly. Create and edit them here (or save a highlighted selection right from the note); they sync to the AI Scribe. Remember to Save All to back them up.
Your default working style. The HPI Generator opens this way each visit (you can switch anytime in the tool).
Used when you record ambient. Telehealth captures your mic plus the call's audio as two channels for speaker attribution; in person uses one room mic. You can switch per visit.
When on, the tool suggests a psychotherapy technique with how-to prompts each visit and supports the add-on documentation. Turn off for pure medication management.
Off by default. ROS is what the patient reports, so when on, the AI Scribe inserts your standard ROS and flips the positives the patient actually mentioned this visit; you edit the rest. Optional — ROS no longer drives the E/M level.
Off by default. MSE is what you observe, so the AI will NOT invent it. When on, your standard MSE is inserted as a macro (like a dot-phrase) for you to edit and sign — your attestation, your words.
How you want your assessment to read and be laid out — your opening style, diagnosis-list format, paragraph order, and phrasing. Paste one of your own assessments you like, or describe the style. This shapes form only: the Scribe still generates all the clinical reasoning and medical decision-making, then writes it in your voice. It never lets your style thin the reasoning. Leave blank to use the built-in reasoning voice. No patient info.
Reusable plan text the AI Scribe weaves into your Plan: default follow-up interval, crisis-line wording, after-hours instructions, standard lab/monitoring language, phone numbers. No patient info.
Inserted into the HPI right after the opening paragraph, but ONLY when you record a visit in Telehealth mode. Never added to in-person visits. Leave blank to add nothing. Put your platform, locations, consent language, and time blanks (e.g. Start Time: __:__) exactly as you want them to read.

Letterhead & Branding

Upload your letterhead (PDF, PNG, or JPG) for professional document output. Used by the Letter Generator, Treatment Plan Generator, and other document-producing tools.

Draw your signature once. It is stored in your Vault and composited onto signed letters at the PDF stage by the Letter Generator. Letters are unsigned by default; signing is an explicit per-letter choice.
