Bipolar two patient om trilleptal 600. Is supposed to ne taking 900 but is apprehensive. Has been cycling. Trilleptal was working but has been less effective. Is also on lexapro 20. Awaiting labs but jas developed kidney stone 2-3 times a year and i know trilleptal can be a causative agent.patient is also a daily drinker 2 alcoholic beverages every other day. I wanted to just increase the trilleptal if labs were normal but the kidney stones. Thoughts
