Middle aged female with MDD. Increasing anger and agitation which makes her depressed. Very irrtable all the time. Several failed trials of ssri's. Has tried wellbutrin and abilfy with no success. No overt symptoms of mania. No digfast symptoms. Currently on lamictal 100. Continue to increase dose? Already in therapy.
